How to import cattle from the Cattle Tracing System (CTS) into MyFarmWorks





Follow these steps to easily import animals from the Cattle Tracing System (CTS) into MyFarmWorks:


  • Contact CTS and request a username and password for farm software packages (these are different from your Government Gateway details)

  • Once received, open the MyFarmWorks app

  • Go to Set up → Import animals

  • Tap Login, enter your new CTS username and password, then hit Save

  • Next, tap Start import

  • Your animal details will now appear — review to ensure everything is correct

  • Tap Import all into MyFarmWorks

  • A green banner will confirm ‘Successfully Imported’

  • Return to your Home screen to view all your imported animals
